- Tune-ups: Regular pricing, scheduled around current appointments after you contact us
- Repairs: Regular pricing
- Warranties: 90 days for labor and one year for parts
- Service call: Next available appointment (average is between three and eight days)

Home Service Plan Customers
- Tune-ups: All tune-ups 15% off regular pricing with reminder postcards mailed to remind you to schedule a convenient appointment
- Repairs: All repairs 15% off regular pricing
- Warranties: One year for labor and one year for parts
- Service call: Same-day or next-day services
- EZ Flex filter replacement: 16x25x4" and 20x25x4" pleated MERV 8 filters for replacement of the EZ Flex filters found in Carrier, Bryant, and Payne products (only available during the service months of March, April, and May)
