What Our Performance Tune-Ups Consist Of

Furnace Performance Tune-Up and Safety Inspection

  • Replace disposable filters
  • Lubricate moving parts, as required
  • Clean main and pilot burners, as required
  • Clean blower motor, wheel, and housing
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Check for proper air combustion
  • Inspect vent pipe
  • Check for carbon monoxide leaks
  • Check fan and limit switch operation
  • Check thermostat calibration
  • Clean condensate drain (for condensing furnaces)
  • Test condensate pump (if condensing furnaces)
  • Visually inspect ductwork


Air Conditioning Performance Tune-Up and Safety Inspection
